The last of several loads of steel pieces, which began arriving Tuesday, rolls into Velez Marina in Port Henry for the new Champlain Bridge. The center arch for the span will be assembled there then floated out on barges to be bolted into place. Drivers for High Steel of Lancaster, Pa., the company fabricating the arch, said additional loads will be arriving daily.
