Police and emergency crews were called to the southbound lanes of Interstate 87 in Peru at about 4:45 p.m. after a camper overturned in the roadway. State Police said no injuries were reported. The accident did not cause any serious traffic problems along the busy stretch of highway near Exit 35. No additional information about the accident was available Friday night.
