Press-Republican > Anna Burl has decorated her home at 199 Bradford Road in the Town of Plattsburgh for Halloween for more than 20 years. Every year, she adds to her collection of decorations. This year, a new hearse and driver, made by her son Timothy Burl of Peru, is featured. Starting in the second week of October, all the handmade decorations come out of crates and into the yard.
